At the Keur Saloum, our European managers whom are perfectly trilingual, together with the whole team (more than 45 people), are there to offer you a warm welcome and ensure you to spend a very enjoyable holiday in a traditional African décor.

The hotel's extensive gardens receive constant and meticulous attention to enable you to enjoy the beauty of the tropical flora to the full.

The rooms

The hotel has 48 comfortable rooms in small bungalows, equipped with air conditioning, a shower room and toilet, each of them being like charming cottages in African style.
Throughout the park, small pathways lined with flowering plants lead to the rooms.

Recently we finished the construction of a new building with a new concept.
It contains 5 quadrupple rooms ans is very comfortable.
We called is "Les Tisserins" and it is supplied with solar energy, except for the air-conditioning and one plug contact in each bathroom.

Because of the increasing occupation, we have built a new block at the edge of the mangroves. It contains 6 luxury suites, which have a unique sight on the see arm. We called it the "Lamantin du Saloum" and it offers comfort and space (suites of 70 m2 each, balcony included). It has a modern character.

The restaurant and the bar

Meals are served on the covered terrace, either at poolside or next to the overhang, from which you have a 180° view of the mangrove.

Breakfast is served in buffet form.

Lunch and dinner are served at you table.

A varied selection of quality food, French, international or African cuisine is available.

At the big round bar, next to the cascading swimming-pool, we serve various cocktails, and two or three times a week grilled mangrove oysters, this is the place to be, if you like to exchange your impressions of the day.

Meeting rooms

We have 2 meeting rooms with a capacity of 30 places each, and excellent acoustics. We can organize daily or residential meetings, incentives, congresses or conferences in a charming décor.

The panoramic terrace

This is unique in the whole Delta du Saloum.

Shortly the hotel Keur Saloum has a furnished terrace, comfortable seats and hammocks placed all over. Here you can sit and enjoy the incomparable sight in the mangrove, see boats and animals pass bye. The view extends until the horizon. This is the place to be if you want to see an unforgettable sunset.
